What You’ll Do
- Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and online inquiries promptly
- Build relationships with customers through phone, text, and email communication
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
- Follow up with previous and current leads to maintain engagement
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Assist customers with vehicle information, availability, pricing, and financing options
- Help create a positive and professional online buying experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable using computers, texting, email, and CRM systems
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Automotive experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
