Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and maintaining positive interactions with clients. Experience with warehouse operations, heavy lifting, and vehicle operation is highly valued. The Driver will operate various types of vehicles, including box trucks and commercial vehicles, to fulfill delivery routes efficiently.
Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles such as box trucks and courier vans to deliver goods according to scheduled routes
- Load and unload items using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques as needed
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Assist with route planning and navigation to optimize delivery efficiency
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Follow all safety protocols related to driving, loading, unloading, and warehouse operations
- Assist with moving items within warehouses or client locations when required
- Comply with traffic laws and company policies during all driving activities
Qualifications
- Valid
driver’s license with a clean driving record - Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving experience involving heavy lifting and moving tasks
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus)
- Experience operating box trucks or commercial vehicles with manual transmission preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform physical tasks related to loading/unloading cargo
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and warehouse operations
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing schedules or routes

Pay: $23.86 - $28.73 per hour
