Duties
- Engage with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat to promote products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline by prospecting new leads through cold calling, outreach campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and deal structures effectively to close high-end sales while maximizing profitability.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, manage follow-ups, and update sales records accurately.
- Upsell additional products or services during the sales process to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating strong phone etiquette, and maintaining professional communication skills at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and inventory control processes when necessary to ensure product availability aligns with sales activities.
- Support ongoing sales management efforts by analyzing retail math data, organizing sales reports, and contributing to strategic planning sessions.
- Participate in public speaking or presentation opportunities to showcase products or services at events or dealership meetings.
Pay: Up to $8,000.00 per month
