Pay is commensurate with experience within a range of $48,360 to $60,000 annually. Full time, exempt, benefits eligible. Responsibilities and Duties: The primary responsibility of the Overnight Mobile Response Crisis Specialist and Overnight Residential Services Supervisor is to assist the Residential Program Manager with operating the residential program(s) and assist the Mobile Response Manager with operating the overnight component of the Mobile Response Team by providing overnight response capacity. This position will assist the teams in providing and adhering to best practices for care coordination, service delivery, and direct client care.

    Specific duties include but are not limited to:

    • Providing effective leadership for managed teams that align with the agency strategic plan (including CARF and CCBHC standards) and established performance standards, including directing, training, supervision, service coordination, and service delivery.
    • Assist with providing individual/group supervision for team members to ensure coordination of care, quality of care/services, continued performance development, and address needed areas of program improvement to meet quality and performance standards.
    • Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members.
    • Deliver reimbursable hours of direct service compliant with BNC standards for the position and service provided.
    • Working the overnight shift from 12am-9am on site at the Transitions facility.
    • Providing overnight client care services in coordination and with and supervision of other Transitions over night staff.
    • Respond in person to MRT referrals within/under one hour of receiving them.
    • Participate in strategic planning, program development and performance improvement processes
    • Completing additional responsibilities as assigned as circumstances warrant.

    Qualifications:

    • Preferred: credentialed to serve as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in the state of Kansas. Required: Bachelor's degree in social services, education, or healthcare administration or 5+ years of experience in the field of social work/social services/clinical services.
    • Knowledge of community service programs and resources designed to assist targeted populations of the county.
    • A commitment to developing best practices in the workplace and in-service delivery.
    • Knowledge of or experience in community mental health.
    • Reliable transportation and a valid, unrestricted driver's license, as well as current car insurance verification with the capability of transporting consumers.
    • Strong skillset for continuous and progressive collaboration and connection with various community partners.
    • A commitment to interdisciplinary and community mental health center approaches.
    • An energetic and positive approach to the rapidly evolving changes and challenges of a complex workplace.
    • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

    Salary : $48,360 - $60,000
