Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wire Harness Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex electrical wiring harnesses used in a variety of applications. Your expertise will ensure that each harness meets rigorous quality standards and specifications, contributing to the overall success of our products.
Duties
- Assemble wire harnesses by following detailed electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Use hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, soldering irons, and multimeters to accurately connect wires and components.
- Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to ensure proper wiring configurations and connections.
- Solder electrical connections adhering to IPC 610 standards for quality and durability.
- Verify electrical continuity using ohmmeters and other testing equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturing specifications.
- Follow blueprint specifications meticulously to maintain high standards of assembly accuracy.
- Assist in the inspection process, ensuring all assembled harnesses meet quality requirements for electrical wiring, surface mount technology, and mechanical assembly.
Experience
- No experience needed, but must be willing to learn.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be self motivated with the ability to work independently.
