Your New Role
You'll be serving the Pine Bluff, AR area and surrounding communities within a 45-mile radius, handling consistent residential install projects. As a key member of our install team, you'll take ownership of your work and make sure every system is set up the right way, the first time. You'll:
- Set up and install HVAC systems from start to finish
- Replace parts or make repairs as needed during installs
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Prepare the job site and clean up afterward to keep it professional
- Work closely with other techs to stay on schedule
- Follow all company and safety procedures without compromise

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installs (preferred)
- EPA Type IV Certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A clean driving record-you'll be using our company vehicle
- Ability to pass both a background check and drug test
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and working in tight or elevated spaces
- Comfortable working in residential and small commercial environments
- Attention to detail and pride in a clean, organized workspace
- Can follow directions and work independently without needing constant oversight
