- Possession of 1-3 years of installation experience n
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; EPA certification is a plus n
- Effective verbal and written communication skills n
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills n
- Honest and dependable personality n
- Strong mechanical aptitude n
- Ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment n
- Self-motivated individual who can follow instructions and work alone, as well as effectively within a team n
- Ability to display a professional company image n
- Possession of a valid AR driver's license with a good driving record n
- Ability to safely lift items weighing up to 100 lbs n
- Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, and/or kneel continually n
