Your New Role
As an Electrical Install Technician with Bert Black, you’ll be in the driver’s seat of delivering quality installations with precision and professionalism. Here’s what you’ll handle daily:
Perform installations and repairs that meet/exceed all applicable codes to eliminate callbacks.
Mentor apprentices, helping them grow into skilled technicians.
Follow manufacturer specs for precise installations and repairs of wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
Track and document job specifics in Service Titan, managing parts orders, job costs, and reporting.
Coordinate with dispatch and service teams for smooth scheduling and exceptional customer service.
Keep your truck organized and stocked, always ready for the next job.
Respect clients’ homes, leaving every site clean and professionally completed.

Journeyman Electrician license or 4th-year apprentice status
High School diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license (insurance-approved to drive)
