Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Bend, WA, for a Superintendent. The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction site activities, manage project schedules, enforce safety regulations, and ensure quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, addressing on-site challenges, and ensuring the project adheres to timelines and budgets. The Superintendent will also communicate updates with project stakeholders and lead construction teams effectively to meet project goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management, construction planning, and scheduling
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and site inspections
- Experience in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to resolve on-site challenges
- Familiarity with construction software and tools
- Experience with Procore daily logs is a requirement
