Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Conway, Arkansas. The Associate Attorney will handle general legal work and litigation. The role requires collaboration with senior attorneys and legal staff while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client care.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Evidence, and local court procedures
- Experience providing Legal Advice and representing clients
- Experience handling all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
- Experience taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations, and assisting at trial preferred
- Ability to conduct thorough Research and analyze legal precedents
- Skilled in Negotiation with a client-focused approach
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a license to practice law in Arkansas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
