At Berry’s on Main, our café is often the very first impression our guests get—and we’re looking for someone who takes that seriously (while having fun with it!). This role is all about great energy, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming experience from the moment guests walk in to the moment they leave.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly face that greets every guest when they arrive—and thanks them when they leave
- Craft our delicious coffee drinks with care, consistency, and attention to detail
- Seat guests and help keep the flow of service running smoothly
- Answer phones and take orders with a positive, helpful attitude
- Monitor coffee and café supplies and communicate needs with management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café space
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
