Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our team. This role supports attorneys in the management of personal injury claims and litigation, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about helping clients during difficult times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury case management.
- Draft and manage correspondence, legal documents, and case-related filings.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical case files using document management software.
- Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and courts.
- Schedule appointments, depositions, and court appearances.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to attorneys as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with excellent phone and interpersonal etiquette.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using legal case management and document systems.
- Prior experience in personal injury law is preferred but not required.

Details
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
