- Read blueprints and perform material take-offs for residential and light commercial projects.

- Deliver persuasive, professional sales presentations that demonstrate product value and how Berry can meet customer needs.
- 2 years industry experience or exposure to the building materials industry preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay on task without constant supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently, problem-solving, and taking initiative.
- Ability to learn technical product information and apply it to customer solutions.
