Berry Hill Beauty is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Guest Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our salon. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service and phone communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help manage guest communication, create a seamless front-of-house experience, support retail sales, and assist our salon team throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and confidently
- Assist guests with appointment questions, booking needs, services, and general inquiries
- Greet guests and assist with check-in, checkout, and rebooking
- Learn our services, policies, and software to confidently answer common guest questions
- Handle guest needs independently when possible and know when to escalate concerns to leadership
- Recommend and sell professional hair, skincare, and beauty products
- Maintain an organized, welcoming reception and retail area
- Communicate guest and scheduling needs clearly with stylists and leadership
- Proactively assist with day-to-day front-of-house needs

- Confident and professional on the phone
- Experienced in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another guest-facing role
- Friendly, welcoming, and a clear communicator
- Organized and comfortable multitasking
- Proactive and able to problem-solve independently
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Confident recommending and selling retail products
