Fulfillment Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that wholesale and retail cannabis orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped in compliance with state regulations and company SOPs. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label wholesale and retail orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify product counts, strains, weights, and packaging match order requirements.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations by properly documenting all order activity in METRC and internal inventory management software.
• Operate labeling and packaging equipment as needed to complete orders.
• Prepare shipping manifests, invoices, and order documentation.
• Coordinate with Distribution and Compliance teams to ensure orders are released on schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in fulfillment and storage areas.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged product, or packaging issues to management.
• Follow all SOPs, GMP standards, and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in order fulfillment, distribution, or inventory management preferred.
• Familiarity with METRC or cannabis compliance software a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a regulated environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass all background checks required by state law.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
