Specific Duties: (Included but not limited to)
- Delivery of Materials
- Insure the timely delivery of packaging and raw materials to maintain continuous
operation of equipment.
- Materials to be staged in the designated area around the appropriate machine in
an orderly fashion.
- Load cartons and bags to insure supply of finished goods cartons.
- Preparation of any special materials that may require manual mixing.
- Packaging of Finished Goods
- Packaging of finished product and building palletized loads to customer
specifications.
- Monitoring and operation of automated packaging equipment to insure proper
performance.
- Applying appropriate labels of packaging slips for product identification.
- Removal of finished goods pallets to warehouse staging area.
- Handling of Operation Scrap
- Labeling and removal process generated scrap to appropriate area.
- Grinding of plastic components for the purpose of materials reuse.
- Shop floor Management Participation
- Participate in daily team meeting.
- Contribute / implement ideas to improve operations performances.
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Perform miscellaneous projects and data collection tasks.
