Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or malfunctions immediately
• Assist with inventory management by tracking materials and supplies used during production
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in an industrial setting
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment is a plus
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
