We are now recruiting for reliable and diligent Maintenance staff that can lead to your successful career in the maintenance department of our premiere hospitality business.
As a Maintenance Tech, you will:
Perform maintenance and related tasks in grounds and general buildings. Responsible for troubleshooting jobs, doing the repairs or relating tasks as assigned by your manager. Follow up to other departments on the status of the repairs and completing the necessary paperwork. Must work in a clean professional Manner.
Essential Functions:
- Landscaping and general property upkeep
- Snow removal/shoveling
- General maintenance needs as assigned
- Preventative maintenance for HVAC, pool components
- Plumbing needs as assigned
- Painting needs as assigned
- Trouble shooting maintenance problems
- General labor - cleaning pools and related areas, building supplies, etc.
- Travel between buildings on and off property as necessary
- Basic carpentry and other building related skills.
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
