We are a well-established design-build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations. With nearly 20 years of experience, we have built a strong reputation for exceptional customer service, talented interior design, and superior craftsmanship.
We are currently seeking an experienced Interior Designer with a background in residential design to join our collaborative team. Our design staff works closely with in-house contractors throughout the entire design and construction process. We maintain a steady workload in a supportive, open-office environment and are committed to continuous improvement.
Our projects focus primarily on kitchens and bathrooms, but frequently extend to whole-home remodels. We handle projects from initial concepts through completion, providing detailed cabinet drawings, floor plans, elevations, and full material specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client meetings in our showroom
- Create detailed interior design plans, including existing and new floor plans and elevation drawings
- Research and specify cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, doors, trim, and all finish materials
- Manage email communications with clients and vendors
- Prepare quotes, documentation, and coordinate project details
- Participate in all phases of each project from initial design through final completion
Requirements:
- Strong CAD experience drafting homes and/or interiors (required)
- Experience drafting existing conditions, new floor plans, and elevation drawings
- Background in cabinet drafting is highly preferred
- Proven experience working directly with homeowners to select finishes and products for renovations
- Artistic ability and confidence in material and finish specification
- 3D computer rendering of interior spaces is highly desired
