Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. Full or part time days. 8:30 - 4:00. Pay ranges from $12.00 to $14.00 per hour. This pay includes the average tips per hour range from $4.00 to $8.00 per hour. As a barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious smoothies in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for smoothies and fresh squeezed juices and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety smoothies, fresh squeezed juices and sandwiches. .Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Operate wheatgrass and juice machines and other smoothie equipment - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the smoothie area - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed - Assist with food preparation and presentation as required - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise Requirements: - Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred but not required - Knowledge of basic math and retail math for cash handling purposes - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds and touch pork.
