Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of smoothie drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Make fresh donuts and other baked goods daily, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
- Operate POS systems such as Toast POS.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling food items, restocking supplies, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Requirements
- Experience in food handling, donut making or bakery operations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling procedures, and café or retail math essentials.
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
