We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic veterinary receptionist to join our team in our fast pace, high volume clinic. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for animal care and the ability to multitask efficiently. Berry Animal Hospital has been providing veterinary care to the community since 1952.

At Berry Animal Hospital you have the potential to work with large and small animals as well as occasionally work with exotic animals.
The receptionist daily tasks include but are not limited to: answer phone calls, schedule surgical appointments, provide over the phone information about services offered, send medical records to other veterinary facilities, process payments, keep the front office and receptionist area organized as well as assist the veterinary assistants and technicians restraining pets when needed. As well as helping with some kennel cleaning responsibilities.
Our work schedule is as follows:
Monday 7:30am -12pm and 1pm - 5:30pm
Tuesday 7:30am -12pm and 1pm - 5:30pm
Wednesday 7:30am -12pm (rotate every other)
Thursday 7:30am -12pm and 1pm - 5:30pm
Friday 7:30am -12pm and 1pm - 5:30pm
Saturday 7:30am -12pm (rotate every other)
Sunday - Closed
