Key Responsibilities
Safely operate snowplows, loaders, skid steers, and other snow removal equipment to clear parking lots, sidewalks, and other areas.
Apply salt and other de-icing materials as needed.
Monitor weather conditions and remain available for on-call work during snow events, which may include overnight, early morning, or holiday shifts.
Perform pre- and post-operation inspections on equipment to ensure proper function and safety.
Communicate with the Operations Manager for job assignments, progress updates, and completion reports.
Follow all company safety protocols and meet client expectations with high-quality work.
Qualifications
Previous experience in snow removal or operating heavy machinery.
Valid drivers license.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work outdoors in extreme winter conditions.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering quality results.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
