Position Overview:
The Medical Genetics Diagnostic Laboratory Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting our percision medicine and genetic testing services to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with medical professionals, educating them about our offerings, and supporting their testing needs to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare community.
- Present and promote our genetic testing services to physicians, genetic counselors, and healthcare institutions.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, clinical applications, and benefits of our genetic diagnostic tests.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate and assist marketing team to develop tailored sales strategies and educational materials.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in genetic testing.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve service delivery and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Genetics, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in medical device, laboratory, or diagnostic sales, preferably within genetics or molecular diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of genetics, genetic testing, and healthcare workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and social media managment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: $53,439.68 - $110,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
