Posted Position: ASSISTANT Varsity Volleyball Coach
THE LISTED POSITION IS HEREBY POSTED AS BEING AVAILABLE TO THOSE SEEKING EMPLOYMENT
FOR THE 2026-27 SCHOOL YEAR.
The desired candidate must possess the following attributes:
- Able to effectively take direction, provide direction as well as, work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
- Ability to handle complex and stressful issues or situations with sound judgment, common sense, and a calm demeanor
- Dedicated to improving the quality of the all-around student experience around the volleyball program.
- Impeccable character, and compassion for students, families, and district staff
Eligible candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Required qualification:
- Friendly/courteous with ability to work well with students, parents, and teachers
- Ability to teach volleyball fundamentals while holding student athletes to a high standards
- Flexible schedule that allows for practice attendance, bus rides and contests.
Preferred qualification:
- Experience working with high school aged students
- Willingness to achieve MHSAA CAP Certifications
