Job Description



What you will do:

  • Ensure systems for data collection, records, and reporting are accurate and distributed appropriately among Team Facilitators
  • Intake and distribute all Build Up Michigan/Early On referrals from agencies, physicians and parents 
  • Obtain UIC number for incoming children 
  • Update and maintain records on all children in the Build Up Michigan/Early On system
    • IFSP data entry into Power School
    • Maintain data quality in Power School
  • Maintain referral numbers for all Early On referrals and Initial IFSPs
  • Manage data input for Early On reports for October, February and June counts 
  • Mail out reports to parents and local districts when completed by staff
  • Gather and compile monthly/yearly data from staff service reports
  • Scan and file special education and Early On records
  • Provide technical support for staff with IFSPs and Illuminate
  • Work with Supervisor to train and support Team Facilitator staff
  • Work with Supervisor to maintain Birth to Three Services procedural manual(s)
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Other duties as assigned


Works under the general supervision of the Birth to 3 Supervisor.



Need to Have:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • Secretarial, office management, or similar experience preferred
