Berrett Home Services is rapidly growing and has an on-going need to add great employees for pest control routes in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. We need awesome caring people to take care of our awesome customers. Experience in the pest control industry is a plus but not necessary as we will train you. Starting pay is also increased based upon exceeding the $18,000 in guarenteed production.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic industry with growth potential. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success as a Pest Control Float Technician. The position is guarenteed through October however, if we exceed our sales target there is a potential to stay permentatly

Responsibilities:
- Perform pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties
- Identify and assess pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery as necessary to perform treatments
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of treatments performed and maintain proper documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pest control and pest control practices or other related field is preferred, but not required
- Able to pass a required criminal background check, a driving background check, and a required drug test
- Able to read and comprehend labels, understand basic and some advanced math
- Able to write, communicate, and document effectively
- Have a current valid driver's license
- Ability to drive to different locations for service calls
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with customers
- Availability to work two Saturdays in a month
