What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Director position at BerQ RNG?
At BerQ RNG, we turn waste into opportunity. We’re on a mission to make renewable natural gas a mainstream, reliable part of North America’s clean-energy future—capturing biogas that would otherwise be flared into the atmosphere and transforming it into something valuable: clean, renewable fuel. Across the U.S. and Canada, countless sites release biogas because it’s “too hard” or “too expensive” to use. We see that as a challenge worth solving. Our team builds, owns, and operates RNG projects that prove sustainability and profitability can go hand in hand. Every project we develop helps farmers, communities, and investors participate in the energy transition while directly reducing emissions. BerQ RNG is an investment platform of Lotus Infrastructure Partners, a private equity investment firm that specializes in energy infrastructure investments.
