Bernstein | Polsky is a Boca Raton based boutique civil law firm committed to fighting for justice on behalf of our statewide and national client base in catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and property insurance claims. We have a state-of-the-art office space and family-oriented team-based environment in East Boca Raton. We are seeking to fill immediate openings with bright, hardworking and outgoing individuals to join a dynamic team. We are currently looking to immediately fill the following positions:
FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST - FULL TIME
All candidates must be an efficient, detail-oriented employee with the ability to multi-task and take on a moderate to large-scale call, email and mail load - someone that can make themselves an indispensable part of the team and take off running with minimal oversight in an unbelievable office. Our receptionist is the face and voice of the Firm, so qualified candidates must speak confidently and be able to interact professionally within a small-office (25 employees) environment. Salary commensurate with experience. Prior similar experience required. Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is required.

Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
