For more information, visit www.bmcproperties.com.The Commercial Building Engineer provides professional, courteous and cost-efficient maintenance for the Burtonsville Office Park in Burtonsville, MD.Primary Responsibilities*Test and replace parts and components in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systemsIdentify, recommend, and implement preventative and on-going changes to preserve or upgrade equipmentEvaluate and maintain facility and grounds, meeting operational standards, and schedule tests.
