We’re growing! Berns Therapy Solutions, a small clinician-owned pediatric practice, is hiring an SLP who wants meaningful work, a supportive team, and a caseload that feels sustainable and rewarding. We are therapist-founded, therapist-led, and deeply committed to protecting clinical autonomy and work-life balance.
We are hiring for full-time (30 direct therapy hours/week) or part-time (10–20 direct hours/week). All sessions are 1:1, and all clients are private pay—no insurance billing, no productivity quotas, no rushing through sessions.
Caseload is approximately 50% preschool and 50% school-age, with services provided both in-office and at several private schools in the Belle Meade & Hillsboro-West End area.
