What You’ll Do:
- Oversee multiple horticultural projects, managing labor, materials, schedules, and client expectations
- Serve as the company’s go-to expert for garden bed care, pruning, seasonal color, and all aspects of horticulture
- Provide hands-on support as needed in cultivating, pruning, bed maintenance, and seasonal enhancements
- Train and lead team members on best practices in horticulture and client service
- Perform regular site visits to ensure quality control, efficiency, and client satisfaction
- Monitor budgets and ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope
- Use company software and Microsoft Office to manage schedules, reports, and communication
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff
What You’ll Bring:
- Valid Chauffeur’s License
- Minimum 5 years of professional horticultural experience
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of seasonal landscape maintenance, annual installations, bed care, and mulching
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Self-motivation, reliability, and a desire to grow professionally
