Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and coverage adjustments.
- Promote and sell personal insurance products such as auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies through effective communication and needs analysis.
- Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads and retain existing clients, utilizing persuasive negotiation techniques.
- Manage sales administration tasks including policy documentation, data entry, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance regulations, HIPAA guidelines for health information privacy, and industry best practices to ensure compliant service delivery.
- Analyze client profiles to recommend appropriate coverage options while explaining policy features clearly and transparently.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to expand outreach efforts within the community and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to articulate complex insurance concepts effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse client populations.
- Prior sales administration experience including benefits administration or insurance documentation is preferred.
