What are the responsibilities and job description for the AutoCAD Draftsman/Project Estimator position at Bernovey, Inc.?
Marble & Granite Co. In Simi Valley (close to Metrolink Station) looking for AutoCAD drafter for immediate hiring. Experience in Construction is preferred.
DUTIES:
Review job specifications, drawings, and provide stone shop drawings accordingly.
Visit job sites to review projects and provide shop drawings based on job site conditions.
Provide cut tickets according to the existing conditions or templates and put it in production.
Follow up the cut tickets with the shop to schedule installation. Review plans, do take-offs, provide material pricing and project estimation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
AutoCAD/Planswift
Detail Oriented
Problem solving abilities
Written and oral communication skills
Strong work ethic, team player, ability to work with minimal supervision
Must have reliable transport to get to and from job sites for project reviews.
Work Location: In person @ office location. Remote work not offered.
Salary : $28 - $32
