Bernie’s is a locally owned appliance and furniture store serving the greater Ketchikan area. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team in a flexible, full-time role that includes customer service, sales, and freight/delivery duties.

Position Overview
- Assist customers in the store, over the phone, and via email
- Provide product information and help customers find what they need
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Jump in where needed — whether that’s helping with freight, delivery, or general operations
Bonus Skills (Highly Valued)
- Experience with social media or creating ad copy for radio
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and general computer tasks
- Strong written communication for emailing customers
- Prior experience in retail or sales
- Clean and current driver’s license
- Comfortable lifting furniture or appliances when needed

Pay & Benefits
- $15–$25 per hour depending on experience
- Benefits available after 90 days
