Earning Potential: $50,000 - $90,000/annually
Hours: Varied schedules
Store Hours:
Monday -- Friday 11:00 a.m. -- 7:00 p.m.
Saturday -- 10:00 am -- 8:00 pm
Sunday -- 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Consults with customers who enter the Bedding Department, maximizing their buying and ensuring that they purchase the correct bedding to meet their needs
- Maintains a neat and clean appearance of the Bedding Department at all times
- Work with vendor representatives to change out POP as needed to keep room fresh, at least every 6 months
- Become well versed in all major bedding brands (5 beds) and a resource for all Sales Consultants and customers in that respect
- Adheres to all company-related policies and procedures
- Operates all company equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Maintains a neat and safe work space
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School diploma
Comfort with computers/data entry
Professional appearance and ability to interact positively with customers
Prior retail sales experience a plus but not required
Ability to close sales in a manner
