Bernhard`s German Bakery in Marietta, GA is looking for one baker to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 1592 Atlanta Rd Se. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix, scale and shape bread dough
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form rolls, breads, pretzel, danish and other products
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Efficient and reliable in processing work orders
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Baker
