Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Coordinator based in our Lexington, KY office. This role serves as the central point of contact between customers, technicians, and management.
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for managing customer communication, scheduling and coordinating services, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily office operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring services run smoothly and customers receive clear, timely communication.
This role is well-suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of their role in a high-quality, service-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments
- Respond to customer questions regarding services, billing, and general inquiries
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM
- Coordinate daily schedules with technicians and internal staff
- Assist with invoicing, service notes, and basic administrative tasks
- Support day-to-day office operations and internal projects as needed
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service experience with a professional, solution-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfort working with CRM systems, scheduling software, and email platforms
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a growing small-business environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, office administration, or service-based industries preferred
Work Environment & Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
On-site position based in Lexington, KY
