The Brew Deck Supervisor oversees daily operations of the brew deck, formulation, and kitting processes supporting the production of RTD dairy-based beverages. This role ensures safe, efficient, and consistent batching procedures while leading a team of operators and maintaining high standards of food safety and product quality.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate brew deck, kitting, and formulation activities to meet production schedules and product specifications.
· Lead and coach team members, providing daily direction, performance feedback, and training in blending, batching, and ingredient preparation.
· Ensure all kitting operations deliver accurate ingredient kits to production lines, following established formulations and quality standards.
· Monitor and adjust blending and formulation processes to maintain consistency and product integrity across all batches.
· Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Scheduling teams to resolve issues and deliver continuous operational improvements.
· Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and sanitation standards.
· Verify and document accurate ingredient usage, lot tracking, and batch records for both the brew deck and kitting areas.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize inventory accuracy.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that aligns with company values.
Education/Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED required; associate or technical degree preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
· Experience with batching, mixing, formulation, or kitting processes in a manufacturing environment.
· Understanding of food safety regulations (FDA, SQF, HACCP).
· Proficient in production reporting, basic computer applications, and inventory management systems.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Standing/Walking up to 100% of the shift
Pay Range: $70000.00-85,000.00 - Salary (based on experience)

Berner Food & Beverage Hourly employees are eligible for health benefits on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
