Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Roofing Service Manager to lead our roofing service operations. In this vital role, you will oversee project execution, coordinate with crews, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Your leadership will drive the success of roofing projects from start to finish, fostering a positive team environment and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Duties

• Manage daily roofing service operations, including scheduling crews and coordinating project timelines
• Oversee site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies
• Inspect work sites regularly to verify quality standards are met and resolve any issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project flow
• Supervise the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment on job sites
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for roofing repairs, restoration projects, or remodeling jobs
• Customer Satisfaction: The focus of our business is the customer and meeting or exceeding their expectations
• Work Order Completion: The service manager will ensure that all service requests are completed in a timely, with the highest quality, and in a professional manner
• This is a working Service Manager position that works in the field when necessary and manages the service branch
• Sales Support: The service manager will work closely with sales to increase the service sales in the branch.

Qualifications

• Minimum Three (3) years of experience in the roofing industry or related relevant construction experience
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (Clean).
• Basic knowledge of computers including Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Proven experience in construction estimating, roofing, or related construction fields
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays in emergency situations

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
