Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant position supports the development, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives, brand strategies, and social media efforts. This role combines administrative and creative functions to enhance internal operations, drive brand visibility, and promote company identity across various platforms. Responsibilities span promotional coordination, event support, social media management, branding oversight, and internal logistics.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Marketing & Branding Support
- Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Oversee the creation, inventory, and distribution of promotional and marketing items.
- Coordinate the design and production of banners, signage, and visual communications.
- Support the marketing team by providing branding expertise and insights for various initiatives.
- Maintain department stationery and manage temporary business cards and emergency contact cards.
Social Media & Campaign Management
- Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote services and company culture.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with audience demographics to better tailor content strategies.
Event & Project Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for groundbreakings, jobsite events, and project milestone celebrations.
- Assist with scheduling and logistics for rehearsals, meetings, and presentations.
- Manage event-related ticketing, reservations, and hotel/conference bookings.
- Debrief meeting coordination and execution.
Administrative & Departmental Operations
- Manage accounts for subscriptions and professional associations.
- Process credit card statements and manage invoice submissions.
- Order and manage clothing and promotional inventory.
- Prepare new hire welcome packets and manage jobsite signage/banner orders.
- Assist with CRM updates and report printing.
- Prepare and manage O&M manuals.
Photo/Video & Visual Media Coordination
- Coordinate video and photo requests with project teams and vendors.
- Ensure deliverables align with brand standards and project messaging.
