Work Schedule/Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (standard business hours)
Compensation: $62 to $70 per hour
Overview: Our client, a leading & global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow engineering solutions, ensuring business needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product managers to ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and resource plans.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- 5 years of ServiceNow Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing enterprise ServiceNow projects.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with project documentation, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Ability to make decisions and escalate risks appropriately.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of ServiceNow product strategy, release management, and enterprise-level deployment.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with application support, testing, and deployment best practices.
