Position Overview
The Market Research team provides healthcare market researchers access to highly engaged healthcare professionals and consumers with specific health conditions through proprietary research panels.
The Market Research Specialist is an essential member of the Client Services team, responsible for ensuring successful delivery of client projects according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards. This individual will collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Project Management teams to maximize client satisfaction and project success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of quantitative and qualitative survey recruitment projects to maximize completed responses.
- Review new project specifications to assess complexity and provide guidance to Project Managers regarding targeting, survey suitability, and in-field specification changes.
- Ensure accurate and timely project setup, execution, and closure based on approved client specifications and timelines.
- Strategically manage project volume and proactively communicate on projects that may not meet feasibility requirements.
- Partner with Project Management and Pre-Sales teams to drive project success.
- Provide timely feedback on escalated projects and recommend appropriate next steps.
- Proactively identify recruitment challenges and recommend solutions to internal teams.
- Maintain accurate project status updates, records, and revenue forecasting information.
- Deliver exceptional client service to assigned clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare cost analyses for finance and accounting to facilitate project closeout and invoicing.
- Support panel member satisfaction by ensuring timely incentive payments and partnering with customer support teams to resolve inquiries efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of market research experience, including survey recruitment and online survey management.
- 3 years of project management experience.
- 3 years of experience with traditional and digital market research methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills to address recruitment challenges.
- Experience utilizing AI-based tools to support project execution, targeting, and issue resolution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 2 years of advanced Excel experience, including pivot tables.
- Experience using Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience supporting both quantitative and qualitative research recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a client-facing or account management role.
- Experience within the healthcare industry.
Salary : $40 - $45
