Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Loan Onboarding
- Monthly loan invoicing and payment posting
- Process monthly remittances to lenders
- Bank Reconciliations
- Property Tax/Insurance Management
- Escrow Analysis
- Interface with lenders and borrowers to address issues
- Assist in Corporate Accounting functions
- Requires flexibility and adaptability to prioritize a fluctuating workload
Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma (Associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred)
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Products including Word and Excel
- Prior customer service experience
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Demonstrate ability to work quickly and independently
- Excellent organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
