Summary /Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision performs maintenance duties in support of maintaining District Facilities and operations.
- Plans and conducts work activities in support of multiple disciplines associated with general maintenance and skilled maintenance activities (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).
- Assists other maintenance techs as required.
- Must be computer literate and capable of working with systems and processes utilized by the District.
Requirements/Required Skills/Experience:
- Must be able to perform physical labor to include lifting, pulling, pushing and working off ladders, use of hand an small power tools, maintain work schedules in the performance of maintaining the Districts facilities.
- Must adhere to safety standards and safe practices at all times.
- Must retain a valid driver’s license.
- Required to pass a background check.
