High Volume Fine Dining Server Trainee

Position Summary:
The server position offers a flexible and unique opportunity to hone your food, wine and spirits knowledge in a high volume fine dining environment unlike any other. Essential Duties:
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a high volume fast-paced environment.
- Ability to seamlessly transition from working independently to contributing as a member of a team while delivering exceptional customer service to provide every guest with a lasting and memorable experience.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with a focus on the ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate, which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills Required:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Command of the English language and strong communication skills.
- Professional well groomed appearance.
- Must have availability during weekends and nights. Possess the ability to work flexible shifts and schedules including weekends and some holidays.
- Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. multiple times during a shift.
- Use of hands required 100% of the time.
- Stand, walk, bend and lift throughout a 6-10 hour shift.
