Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse management skills, mechanical knowledge, and experience with warehouse systems such as RF Scanning system. This role involves supervising shipping and receiving, materials handling, and inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage warehouse team members, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and safety standards are met.
- Oversee inventory management, control, and accuracy using warehouse management systems .
- Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, including shipping & receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment.
- Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely for heavy lifting and materials movement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision within a distribution or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping & receiving processes, materials handling, and logistics operations.
- Experience operating sit-down propane forklifts.
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control accuracy.
