What You'll Be Doing
Our shop focuses primarily on PA State Safety Inspections, general automotive repairs, diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Performing Pennsylvania State Safety Inspections (if certified)
- Diagnosing and repairing brakes, steering, suspension, and general mechanical issues
- Completing routine maintenance, including oil changes, tune-ups, fluid services, and more
- Replacing brakes, rotors, wheel bearings, shocks, struts, and suspension components
- Diagnosing check-engine lights and common drivability concerns
- Performing tire installation, balancing, rotations, and repairs
- Inspecting and preparing vehicles for resale
- Identifying needed repairs and accurately documenting work performed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What We're Looking For
- Previous hands-on automotive repair experience preferred
- PA State Inspection License strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- General knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Experience with brakes, suspension, steering, and basic diagnostics
- Ability to work on different makes and models
- Basic personal automotive hand tools
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience & Training
While we would prefer someone who already holds a Pennsylvania State Inspection License, we are willing to consider candidates who have general automotive repair experience and are interested in obtaining their inspection certification.
We understand that not every good mechanic has years of dealership experience or advanced certifications. A strong work ethic, mechanical ability, dependability, and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
Compensation
Pay based on experience, qualifications, and mechanical abilities.
