Job Summary:
The Part Time Janitor Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment within assigned facilities. This role involves constant communication with peers and visitors, performing various cleaning tasks to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises.

Schedule: 8 am
Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday (3 days a week)
Hours: 3 hours per day
Location: Montecillo CDD
Part Time
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas of the facility.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, and windowsills.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including break rooms and kitchens.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Janitorial Supervisor.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently, preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a janitorial or cleaning role is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance interior and exterior.
