As an Office Assistant, you will work in tandem with our front desk team, ensuring smooth operations and providing outstanding support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Transferring incoming calls to the appropriate staff member/practice, with the use of a case database system.
- Conducting brief intakes for potential new cases
- File management
- Requesting documentation
- Assisting in the preparation for marketing events
